Celebrate those you love this Valentine’s Day with these easy to make sweet and savory treats, perfect for the special kids and adults in your life.
Cupid’s Crunch Snack Mix
It’s as easy as dumping bags of goodies into a bowl and mixing it up! This no bake, sweet treat is like a Valentine s’mores snack mix. Kids and adults alike will love Cupid’s Crunch and it’s sure to put a smile on their faces.
Mix together in a bowl:
1 pack of Strawberry Covered Heart Pretzels (I got these at Target)
1 bag Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish Grahams
10 ounce bag of M&Ms Valentine Cupid’s Mix
2 cups Mini Marshmallows or strawberry marshmallows
9 ounce bag Mother’s Puppy Love cookies (I also got these at Target, but I’ve seen them in grocery stores)
Heart Caprese
Adorable as well as delicious, these heart shaped Valentine’s caprese skewers are the perfect appetizer. Made with traditional ingredients: fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and tender basil leaves. (Side note: I wish they made basil perfume because I would wear it all the time! I love the smell of fresh basil!)
The trick is slicing a grape tomato in half, on an angle, and turning one sliced grape upside down and fitting them together like a heart.
Add a basil leaf on to a skewer, then a mozzarella ball, the heart tomatoes, followed by another mozzarella ball, and another basil leaf. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve these with a baguette and some wine for a delicious appetizer or snack.
Or go full caprese salad. Slice your tomatoes and lay them on a board. Cut fresh mozzarella cheese with assorted heart cookie cutters and place the slices on top of the tomatoes. Arrange the fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
Chocolate Brownie Truffles
Chocolate Brownie Truffles are the perfect sweet little treat for Valentine’s Day. They are soft and fudgy inside with a crisp chocolate shell and totally addictive! The truffles are made with 3 simple pantry ingredients: your favorite boxed brownie mix, chocolate frosting, and chocolate melts.
I’ll add a maraschino cherry inside some for a fun surprise.
Strawberry Brownies
AKA “Pinkies”. These are made with strawberry cake mix, but the consistency is dense and chewy, like a brownie. So delicious and easy to make with only 5 simple ingredients!
Raspberry Lemon Spritzer
This one is for the adults. Raspberry Lemon Spritzer is a sweet and tart, but smooth and crisp cocktail. Perfect for a Valentine’s night in or for a Galentine’s party!
How to make it:
Makes 2 drinks
In a shaker tin add 1/4 cup fresh raspberries with 1/2 lemon, juiced, and muddle.
Rub the squeezed lemon on the glass rim of both glasses and press in sugar for a sugared rim.
Add 1 1/2 ounces Limoncello and 1 1/2 ounces vodka. Add ice and shake. Double strain into 2 glasses. (use a fine mesh strainer under the shaker strainer to ensure there aren’t raspberry seeds at get into your drink)
Top with about 2 ounces of soda water and garnish with raspberries on a skewer. Cheers!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pie
Chocolate and strawberry, besties forever, come together in a luscious, no bake Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pie. Seriously though, this pie is absurdly delicious! Perfect for Valentine’s Day!
It starts with a chocolate sandwich cookie crust, then a layer of hot fudge, next is the creamy strawberry filling and it’s all topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and fresh strawberries. I promise you’ll love it!
Valentine Breakfast Board
I love a good board of anything! Valentine’s morning, or the closest weekend morning to the big day, seems like the perfect time to do something extra special for the most important meal of the day, don’t you think?
This Valentine’s Day Breakfast Board I made includes the cutest mini donuts and muffins (found in the Wal-Mart bakery), heart shaped waffles, fresh fruit and heart shaped bacon. So sweet!
Heart-Cuterie Box
Forget chocolates, I want a Valentine’s box made with meat and cheese! Use your favorite chocolates box and fill it with your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, candies, and of course the chocolates that came in the box. Use assorted heart cookie cutters to add pizzaz.
Present your heart-cuterie box with a bottle of wine and Valentine’s is a success! This box would make anyone’s Valentine’s Day.
I hope you found some new ideas for your sweetheart!
