What can I serve with this dip?
This creamy ranch dip is delicious with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, pita chips, celery, carrots, cucumber slices, or bell peppers.
Can I use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream?
Absolutely. Plain Greek yogurt works great as a substitute for sour cream and adds extra protein while still keeping the dip creamy.

It has a mild kick from the Rotel and chili powder, but it’s not overly spicy. For more heat, add diced jalapeños, hot Rotel, or extra chili powder.

Can this dip be served warm?
This recipe is best served cold, but you can warm it slightly in the microwave if you prefer a hot cheesy dip texture.
How to store?
Store this creamy party dip in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. Let it come to room temperature for serving so it’s nice an creamy. I do not recommend freezing this dip.
