How to make it

Prep your bones: Start by cutting the pretzel rods in half. Cut the mini marshmallows in half using kitchen shears. Stick half of 1 marshmallow to each side of the bottom of the pretzel rod, sticky side towards the pretzel. It will stick by itself to the pretzel rod. Set aside.

Next, Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Then, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave or over a double boiler- according to the package directions in a heat safe bowl. Once melted, dip each pretzel rod in the white chocolate to coat completely and place on the parchment lined sheet pan to set.

Prepare the Rice Krispie treats. To a large pot add the butter over medium low heat. When the butter is melted, add the marshmallows. Stir constantly until melted. Take the pot off the heat and mix in the Rice Krispies until well coated.

Let the mixture cool slightly so you can handle it. Spray clean hands with non-stick spray (or use gloves).

Assemble: Take about 1/2 cup of the Rice Krispies Treats mixture and mold it around the pretzel stick with your hands to look like a turkey leg. Press the Rice Krispies firmly together. Let set about 10 minutes and they will stay together and be able to move. Enjoy!
