These adult only winesicles are made with 3 simple ingredients blended together-peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned), orange juice, and white wine. They are quick and simple to make and are my favorite way to cool off in the summer. Picture it- the hot sun, a pool, and a cold peach winesicle. Yes, please!

Every year my neighbor brings us a bounty of fresh peaches from her peach tree and I love making delicious recipes using her peaches. They are SO flavorful. This year I made boozy popsicles and they did not disappoint!

Last year I made this fruity Peach Crisp. Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it’s the perfect dessert. And I made a batch of Peach Salsa. It’s a delicious sweet and savory salsa for any occasion.

You can use frozen peaches, canned peaches, or fresh; whatever you happen to have on hand. But I’ll tell you, there’s nothing as tasty as something made with a fresh peach. I even snuck some of the puree. I could skip the freezing process and just drink a pitcher of the peach puree! So divine.

How to make them

This makes 10 popsicles.

If you are using fresh peaches, peel them first.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks. Careful not to overfill.

Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.

Remove popsicles from the mold and enjoy!

Tips

Any white wine or sparkling wine will work. I’m using Pinot Grigio, but Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Champagne, or Prosecco all work!

Add 1/4 cup Peach Schnapps or Aperol for a boost.

Substitute the peaches for different fruits or a blend of fruits. Strawberries, blueberries, nectarines, mango, or cantaloupe work well.

Add whole raspberries to the mixture for a pop of color and flavor.

Store popsicles in a single layer in a freezer bag in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
