What Air Fryer Do I Use?
I’m using the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer. I’ve had this air fryer for quite some time and I absolutely love it! I use mine many times a week; cooking everything from chicken nuggets to hoisin glazed salmon.
It’s so user friendly, especially for newbies! The TurboBlaze has 9 cook settings including air fry, roast, broil, bake, preheat, reheat, dry, warm and even proof! The temperature range is 90 degrees up to 450 degrees.
You can cook almost anything in the Cosori TurboBlaze- even eggs!

How to hard boil eggs in the air fryer
Place eggs in the air fryer. If you have the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer, set it to bake. Air fry at 270°F for 15-17 minutes. My eggs are perfectly cooked at 15 minutes- see the cooking guide in the tips below.
While the eggs are cooking fill a large mixing bowl with ice water.
Tip!
Use older eggs for best results (at least a couple of days old).
When the eggs are finished cooking, immediately add them to the ice water bath and let them cool for 15 minutes.
Peel the eggs- I find peeling them under cool running water is the easiest way to peel.
Cooking Guide
Air fryer temp 270°F
9 minutes-very soft boiled
12 minutes-soft boiled
15 minutes– perfect middle, not too soft, not too hard
17 minutes– very hard boiled, complete hard yellow center
*This guide is based on my air fryer, the Cosori TurboBlaze. All air fryers are different, so cooking times may vary. For the first time, test 1 egg at the lower desired cook time before continuing with a whole batch.
I used the “bake” setting on my air fryer.

Tips and Tricks
- Use at least day old eggs. Older eggs work better than fresh eggs.
- When air frying your eggs for the very first time, do a test with 1 egg as all air fryers are different and so cooking times may vary depending on the brand.
- Peel eggs easier under cool running water.
- Let the hard cooked eggs sit in an ice water bath for a minimum of 15 minutes. Do not skip this step. It stops the eggs from cooking any further.
- Cook at little as 1 egg or as many that will fit in your air fryer basket!
- Store hard boiled eggs in an airtight contain in the refrigerator for an easy, healthy snack.
