Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Sharing is caring!

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob has such a delicious flavor, almost like a smoky, grilled taste, without the hassle of a grill. It’s so good all by itself, but turning it into Mexican Street Corn takes air fryer corn to a whole new level!

This is a sponsored post, but all opinions are my own.

I’m drooling just looking at that corn!

Have you air fried corn on the cob? It’s my favorite way to make corn! It’s so easy, it takes the same amount of time and effort as boiling the water for boiled corn, but the flavor is so unique.

Delicious by itself, seasoned simply with salt and pepper, but extra tasty when you add Mexican Street Corn ingredients like a smear of mayo, crumbled queso fresco, chili powder, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Just divine!

I love to make an easy batch of Air Fryer Buffalo Wings with my corn on the cob.

What you’ll need

Air Fryer- I recommend the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer, this is the one I have and I love it! I use my air fryer many times a week so it sits on my counter all the time. And it’s gorgeous! I love that the fryer basket is dishwasher safe so clean up is a breeze.

  • 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned- or as much corn as you want
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper, smoked paprika and chili powder to taste
  • 1 Lime- juice
  • Queso fresco-this is a soft, slightly tangy Mexican cheese that crumbles easily
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Cooking oil- I’m using avocado, but use your favorite. The oil prevents the corn from drying out in the air fryer.

How to easily clean corn

To remove the silk from the corn easily and effortlessly, use a stiff vegetable cleaning brush or something with stiff bristles. Rub the brush on the corn and the silk comes right off!
