Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad
Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad is spicy and cool with a creamy buffalo ranch sauce mixed with crunchy carrots and celery with a bite of blue cheese. Perfect for any summer occasion.
I love pasta salad season! So many pasta-bilities 😉 This buffalo chicken pasta salad comes together in 15 minutes and is perfect for a quick dinner, side dish or a summer party.
What you’ll need
- 2 cups seasoned chicken, either rotisserie or cooked chicken cut into cubes- I actually had leftover buffalo chicken breast and that’s what inspired this pasta salad.
- Celery stalks and leaves , diced- the leaves are so good so definitely throw them in.
- Crumbled blue cheese- you can omit this if you don’t like blue cheese.
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Shredded carrots- I used the little matchstick carrots
- Green onions, sliced
- 12 ounces pasta- I’m using rotini
- Buffalo sauce- your favorite!
- Ranch dressing
How to make it
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
To a large mixing bowl add the pasta, chicken, celery stalks and leaves, green onions, tomatoes, blue cheese, and carrots.
In a separate bowl mix together the ranch and buffalo sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Chill 30 minutes to meld the flavors.

- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions sliced
- 12 ounce box rotini
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
