What you’ll need

  • 4-6 quart air fryer. If you are in the market for an air fryer I absolutely love my Cosori TurboDeluxe. I use it almost every day!
  • 1-3 pounds of salmon filet– I’m using 12 ounces of salmon which feeds 2 people. Double the salmon for 4 servings. I use skinless salmon, you can leave the skin on, if you prefer. If the salmon is frozen, make sure to thaw it first.
  • 1 pound brusselsprouts– cleaned and cut in half. Or use your favorite vegetable. Carrots, green beans, broccoli, or zucchini would all be great substitutes for the brusselsprouts.
  • Olive oil or avocado oil
  • Hoisin sauce– or use teriyaki sauce
  • Soy sauce– I always use the low sodium. You can use coconut aminos instead.
  • Sesame oil– a little goes a long way!
  • Garlic
  • Seasonings-black pepper, garlic powder

Why I love the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer

  • The basket is dishwasher safe, so easy clean up
  • There are 9 cook settings (Yes 9!) This air fryer replaced so many other appliances.
  • It’s very user friendly.
  • It cooks food in half the time as an oven and uses less oil.
